About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide customer service and travel planning support to clients
  • Execute bookings and booking modifications via phone, live chat, and email
  • Coordinate complex, multi-city international itineraries covering air, rail, ground transport, and lodging
  • Use proprietary travel-management software
  • Enforce corporate travel policies, budgets, booking tiers, and preferred vendor contracts
  • Provide white-glove concierge service to C-suite executives
  • Manage executive travel preferences, including aircraft types, hotel floors, and dietary requirements
  • Monitor global weather, strikes, and geopolitical events
  • Proactively reroute travelers to maintain their safety
  • Assess priorities and resolve time-sensitive travel disruptions
  • Support near-zero booking errors and high client Net Promoter Scores
  • Transition from training into a permanent shift with Team Lead support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
  • Ability to find alternative solutions during travel disruptions
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to translate complex travel terminology into simple solutions
  • Clear professional written and verbal communication
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new SaaS platforms quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple browser tabs and tools simultaneously
  • Ability to work the assigned 3pm–12am CST shifts
  • Ability to complete immersive Monday–Friday training, 8am–5pm CST, for 8 weeks
  • Must be based within commuting distance of a Perk hub
  • Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based
