About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver exceptional customer service for business travelers
  • Assist clients with travel planning and support before, during, and after travel
  • Execute bookings and modifications via phone, live chat, and email
  • Coordinate complex, multi-city international trips involving air, rail, ground transport, and lodging
  • Use proprietary software to manage travel itineraries
  • Ensure bookings comply with corporate travel policies, budgets, tiers, and preferred vendor contracts
  • Provide white-glove concierge service to C-suite executives
  • Manage executive preferences such as aircraft types, hotel floors, and dietary requirements
  • Monitor weather, strikes, geopolitical issues, and other global events
  • Proactively reroute travelers to maintain safety
  • Assess priorities and resolve urgent travel disruptions efficiently
  • Achieve near-zero booking-request error rates
  • Maintain high Net Promoter Scores from corporate clients
  • Complete an eight-week Monday–Friday immersive training program from 8 AM to 5 PM CST
  • Transition to a permanent shift with ongoing Team Lead support

Requirements
