About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Onboard Premium and Pro customers from signup to launch
  • Provide administrative, technical, and educational support during implementation
  • Configure client accounts according to specifications and requirements
  • Coordinate, tailor, and conduct training for admins, travelers, executives, and other stakeholders
  • Recommend rollout strategies, implementation timelines, and internal communications
  • Serve as the first client contact during implementation
  • Conduct consultative conversations to collect customer requirements
  • Provide data-driven best-practice recommendations
  • Manage platform rollouts and provide adoption guides, templates, and recommendations
  • Provide technical support for marketplace integrations and custom API solutions
  • Monitor post-implementation booking behavior and proactively offer support
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Finance
  • Analyze implementation work and improve individual and team processes
  • Continuously execute, assess, improve, and repeat processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Customer-first mentality
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with C-level stakeholders to collect requirements and concerns clearly, concisely, and professionally
  • Ability to develop relationships across all organizational levels, internally and externally
  • Ability to adapt communication and approach accordingly
  • Proactive approach to making recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Willingness to seek continuous improvement
  • Personal drive to make a difference
  • Ability to work in the office 3 days per week
  • Must be based within commuting distance of a Perk hub
  • English is the official office language
