About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead customer implementations from discovery through launch, owning rollout plans, timelines, risks and next steps
- Run consultative conversations to understand customer requirements, travel policies, stakeholders and goals
- Configure customer accounts and coordinate integration needs
- Troubleshoot issues and verify platform readiness
- Recommend practical, data-driven rollout approaches that support organizational adoption
- Deliver tailored training for key stakeholders, including company-wide and executive audiences
- Monitor early booking activity after launch and proactively address gaps or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer requirements and decisions using Gong and AI assistants
- Use feedback, data and coaching to improve the onboarding experience and personal approach
- Take on additional projects supporting IS Team alignment with other departments
- Ensure project team members understand timelines, tasks, risks and issues
- Work closely with customer stakeholders and internal teams on configuration, technical coordination, training and change management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken Italian and English
- Polish, Spanish or Ukrainian language skills would be a plus
- Previous relevant professional experience as an Implementation Specialist, Sales, Account Management, Project Management or in a related role
- Experience managing customer expectations, coordinating stakeholders and keeping multiple workstreams on track
- Strong project coordination, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain technical solutions clearly
- Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to use them effectively
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at different levels and adapt communication to each audience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and managing competing priorities
- Must be based within commuting distance of Perk’s hubs
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based (application requirement)
