About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to the strategic evolution of the Route to Market model, ensuring direction focused on sustainable growth, profitability, and distribution channel efficiency;
  • Monitor distribution channel performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and growth levers by region, customer, and channel;
  • Develop and maintain tools, reports, and dashboards that promote visibility, transparency, and management discipline;
  • Support channel mix and profitability management by identifying financial impacts and proposing adjustments that preserve sustainable business results;
  • Support partner evaluation, certification, or approval processes, when applicable, ensuring compliance with company-defined standards;
  • Structure, govern, and continuously improve the Excellence Program, ensuring alignment between distributors’ strategy, performance, and execution discipline;
  • Consolidate and translate performance data into strategic insights that support decision-making and investment prioritization within the channel;
  • Lead the development and coordination of the Distributor Forum as a platform for strategic alignment, engagement, and business direction;
  • Ensure governance, consistency, and compliance with commercial policies and guidelines applicable to the relevant channels;
  • Serve as a technical reference for topics related to RTM, channel governance, and the Excellence Program;
  • Work cross-functionally with commercial and corporate teams, contributing to strategic integration, priority clarity, and long-term value creation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field;
  • Knowledge of the consumer goods market;
  • Knowledge of indirect channel dynamics in distributor management;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
  • Intermediate English proficiency, with reading and writing skills;
  • Knowledge of programming languages and tools (e.g., Python, KNIME, SQL, Power BI) is a plus.
