About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the marketing and communications tool stack, including evaluation, procurement, onboarding, access provisioning, training, and retirement
- Build and maintain internal calendars, intake forms, dashboards, trackers, and automations
- Run priorities, launch and campaign calendars, planning cycles, and cross-functional handoffs
- Manage agencies, contractors, and vendors from selection and onboarding through scopes, invoices, renewals, and performance
- Coordinate contracts and procurement with Legal and Finance
- Track team activities, identify dependencies, and maintain alignment
- Advise and triage for leadership by providing updates, identifying problems, escalating issues, proposing solutions, and following through
- Add useful operational rigor without creating unnecessary overhead
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–7 years in marketing operations, business operations, or a similar systems-and-process role
- Ideally experience in a fast-growing technology company
- Experience building tools, automations, or dashboards
- AI tools are already part of how you work
- Strong analytical instincts
- Experience managing agency, contractor, or vendor relationships
- Experience working with Legal and Finance on contracts and procurement
- Exceptional organizational and relational skills
- Clear, direct communication skills
- Ability to brief executives, run cross-functional meetings, and write process documentation
- Demonstrated experience working closely with and as a trusted partner to senior executives
- Comfort with ambiguity and scale
- Ability to operate marketing or communications systems in a high-growth environment
- Ability to learn the company's tool stack quickly
- Ability to come into the office four days per week
- U.S. work authorization or visa sponsorship status must be disclosed
