About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners, Project Managers, Vice Presidents of Construction, Vendors, Trades, and other internal and external stakeholders
  • Guide customers through the warranty process and explain home maintenance
  • Answer questions and provide requested information related to Perry Home purchases
  • Communicate professionally with dissatisfied or frustrated customers and de-escalate concerns
  • Respond by phone or email to handle inquiries and resolve problems
  • Assist homeowners and construction personnel with warranty service issues
  • Review and resolve invoice discrepancies with Construction
  • Provide prompt responses and status updates
  • Liaise between homeowners and Construction on the administrative side of the warranty process
  • Purchase order and invoice reconciliation for payment
  • Maintain product knowledge of products, services, and systems
  • Use trackers, spreadsheets, reports, and company databases to verify information and resolve issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 3 years of relevant customer service experience, preferably in the building industry
  • Demonstrated computer skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
