About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Audit existing takeoff
  • Collect data requested by the Estimating team
  • Assist the Sr. Estimating Analyst with variance and budget audits
  • Assist with running reports and formatting templates to analyze data
  • Analyze variances and budgets to identify cost trends outside established tolerances
  • Review blueprints and takeoff to collect data for future reporting
  • Create, organize, and maintain data-collection spreadsheets
  • Review takeoff to identify items and quantities outside typical usage
  • Coordinate with the Estimating team to update takeoff as needed
  • Complete special projects as requested

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma and current enrollment in university required
  • Demonstrated computer skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours a week
  • Availability Monday through Friday
  • Time management
  • Flexibility
  • Communication/building relationships
  • Attention to detail
