About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide general administrative support, including copying, filing, scanning, and creating files
  • Upload and manage documents in SharePoint and maintain the Legal Department’s SharePoint site
  • Assist with receipt of invoices and payment requests
  • Assist with inputting, tracking, and reporting of matters
  • Conduct Internet research and prepare reports
  • Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and trainings
  • Sort, scan, and distribute department mail
  • Draft, proofread, and revise correspondence and legal documents
  • Process and submit expense reports
  • Coordinate Legal Department events, socials, outings, calendars, and scheduling
  • Support ad-hoc projects and assignments
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Relevant administrative support experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent Word and Excel skills strongly preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
