About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain Sales Cloud solutions for lead capture, lead-to-opportunity conversion, assignment, duplicate management, and the opportunity lifecycle
Use existing Salesforce capability and configuration, including Flows, Duplicate and Matching Rules, and validation rules, before custom code
Decide when Apex or Lightning Web Components is the appropriate solution
Develop Apex triggers, batch, queueable, and scheduled jobs with meaningful test assertions
Refactor existing code to improve test coverage and reliability
Build Lightning Web Components and Screen Flows with clear validation and error messages
Support Service Cloud development, including warranty case workflows
Support occasional Marketing Cloud integration work
Collaborate on Salesforce integrations with SalesHub and Azure/.NET middleware
Improve the security model using permission sets and least-privilege access
Build logging, error handling, monitoring, and alerting for critical automations and integrations
Reconcile records when synchronization fails
Provide production support for escalated issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Solid Apex skills, including asynchronous processing and test classes with meaningful assertions rather than coverage-only tests
Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components and Flows, including Screen Flows
Strong hands-on Sales Cloud experience: lead management and conversion, duplicate and matching rules, assignment rules, and opportunity management
Working knowledge of the Salesforce security and sharing model, Salesforce APIs (REST/Bulk), OAuth/Connected Apps, and platform events
