About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead on-site and virtual instructor-led training for implementing and existing clients, including Empower System Administration, POS in Empower, and Aiva
  • Deliver Lunch and Learns and train-the-trainer sessions
  • Help build and update training materials
  • Turn delivered sessions into knowledge base articles
  • Share client feedback and training gaps with the L&D team
  • Deliver Empower training to clients through implementation and go-live
  • Direct clients to the knowledge base and Dark Matter Academy for continued self-service learning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Empower or mortgage LOS experience
  • Strong client-facing facilitation skills, both in-person and virtual
  • Working knowledge of instructional design
  • Able to travel for on-site training
