About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drafting and reviewing contracts, legal opinions, and legal documents
- Providing legal advice on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and healthcare-related matters
- Independently leading and monitoring clients’ strategic projects
- Participating in meetings, preparing minutes, and defining action items
- Managing relationships with clients and external partners
- Supporting the structuring of new legal products and solutions
- Preparing commercial proposals, presentations, and strategic materials
- Managing and monitoring the department’s matters, ensuring organization, deadlines, and internal alignment
- Participating in the continuous improvement of the department’s processes and management tools
- Working collaboratively with professionals from different practice areas within the firm
- Supporting and mentoring interns and junior colleagues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Prior experience in corporate legal advisory work
- Interest in Corporate Law and advisory practice
- Excellent legal writing skills
- Organized and proactive profile, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and work autonomously
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Postgraduate degree in Corporate, Contract, or Corporate and Commercial Law, or a related field (a plus)
- Previous experience leading or supporting clients’ strategic projects (a plus)
- Sales and client relationship experience or aptitude (a plus)
- Knowledge of Tax Law (a plus)
- Proficiency with Gemini, ChatGPT, and/or Claude (a plus)
- Knowledge of how companies in the healthcare sector operate (a plus)
- Interest in innovation, entrepreneurship, and business development
