About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide information and analysis regarding order fulfillment, order status, and inventory availability
  • Guide and assist customers with sales opportunities through product knowledge, availability, and cross-selling
  • Design proactive customer outreach selling initiatives with assigned Sales executives
  • Meet customer response SLAs while providing friendly, helpful, and professional service
  • Provide prompt email and phone support to customers and sales representatives
  • Promote customer use of B2B tools for product availability, order placement, and order status updates
  • Place, maintain, and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Partner with Sales Executives to manage accounts within defined sales territories
  • Collaborate on revenue growth and service initiatives while addressing customer account needs
  • Engage merchandising, production, finance, and operations teams to support territory performance
  • Resolve customer and management concerns proactively, quickly, and professionally

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Blue Cherry, and additional tools
  • Flexibility to adapt to constantly evolving business needs of a growing company
  • Customer service mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and extremely organized
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at one time
  • Effective at working in a team environment while managing individual priorities and duties efficiently
  • Comfortable building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and management
  • BS/BA or equivalent
  • 2 years of previous work experience preferred
  • Background in Retail or Golf Pro Shops is a plus
  • Familiarity with the apparel industry is a plus
