About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the scope and delivery of the DTC growth roadmap across the US, Canada, and UK
  • Own end-to-end growth performance and connect strategy with commercial optimisation

  • Lead and empower a high-performing growth team
  • Monitor growth metrics and business performance, translating insights into recommendations and actions
  • Assess customer journeys and funnel behaviour
  • Manage ecommerce pricing, promotions, and commercial risks
  • Lead growth projects from ideation through delivery
  • Balance short-term trading wins with long-term strategic growth
  • Own sprint planning, briefs, measurement, and post-test decisions
  • Prioritise work across departments
  • Collaborate with UX and Design, Product Delivery, Engineering, Compliance, Data, and Marketing
  • Build landing page templates for target audiences
  • Track CRO trends, emerging technology, tooling, and efficiencies
  • Conduct one-to-ones and coach team performance
  • Drive AI-enabled efficiency across Growth and collaborate with Tech, Data, UX Design, and department heads

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Real understanding of growth marketing mechanics with paid social at scale
  • Demonstratable experience optimising landing pages and presell journeys for paid traffic sources
  • Strong eye for direct response copy, hooks, and conversion
  • Ownership of on-site shopping experience and product detail page performance
  • Deep command of CAC, conversion rate, AOV, acquisition mix, and LTV
  • Proven track record optimising LTV:CAC in a subscription or repeat purchase business
  • Extensive experience in trading and optimisation, experimentation, experience improvements, and data-driven prioritisation
  • Extensive experience with A/B, MVT, and split URL testing, with statistical rigour and best-practice knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO, or Webtrends Optimize
  • Ability to identify and prioritise opportunities from quantitative and qualitative insight
  • Fluency in funnel dynamics and best-practice CRO
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, FullStory, Hotjar, Glassbox, or Contentsquare
  • Solid grounding in core UX principles
  • Experience leading and growing a team
  • Strong end-to-end product delivery experience, including roadmapping, sprint planning, release, and Jira
  • Ability to create objective-driven design and copy briefs
  • Excellent communication and genuine empathy
  • Confident project management and resource planning
  • Practical experience applying AI to growth workflows
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles
