About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage occupational health and safety activities by identifying risks and proposing preventive and corrective measures
- Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and applicable legislation
- Develop, review, and implement safety procedures and standards
- Develop and implement occupational health and safety programs and training
- Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and guide teams on correct usage
- Conduct risk analyses and assessments across operations
- Support departments in identifying safety-related improvement opportunities
- Monitor occupational health and safety indicators and action plans
- Work closely with operational teams, particularly in retail, logistics, and/or distribution center environments
- Promote a culture of prevention and safety awareness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Active registration with CREA (Brazilian Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy)
- Availability to visit company locations
