Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain BI solutions and new HR metrics for Petz and Cobasi
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, translating leadership needs into analytical solutions
Map key metrics across HR processes
Standardize databases, data, and layouts across both brands
Conduct quality assurance and UX testing for analytical deliverables
Reduce BI delivery timelines by addressing the previously identified delays
Lead the harmonization of analytical processes between Petz and Cobasi

Requirements

What you’ll need

Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and autonomy
Experience with data modeling and analysis
Advanced Power BI skills and dashboard development
Knowledge of Data Warehousing (Snowflake or similar) and related processes
Strong organization and technical documentation skills
Ability to transform strategic demands into analytical solutions
A plus: knowledge of Power Automate, Python, and Power Apps
Experience integrating or harmonizing processes across departments or companies is preferred
