About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop layouts, sections, and elevations for new stores and renovations
- Configure base files in AutoCAD for submission to the licensing team
- Prepare legal project documentation and store advertising projects in accordance with brand image standards and approved layouts
- Review executive and complementary projects from third parties, identifying flaws, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Propose solutions to optimize projects, reducing costs, timelines, and resources without compromising quality or safety
- Conduct dimensional and as-built surveys of stores undergoing renovation
- Develop small renovation and intervention projects for stores, supporting the maintenance team
- Support the team and coordination in plotting and organizing files
- Support coordination in dividing layouts into sections with the Category Management/Assembly team
- Create purchase requisitions for shelving and millwork, checking layouts and the items required for store operations
- Manage schedules, risks, and blockers to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor complementary projects, coordinating with engineering and specialized teams
- Support the project team and coordination in problem-solving and organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Technical knowledge of drafting software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with communication tools such as email and videoconferencing
- Proficiency with project management platforms
- Experience in project management
