About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operate professional cameras in studio and on location, determining framing, camera movements, and lighting
- Plan and execute shoots for campaigns, social media, e-commerce, internal communications, and institutional content
- Set up lighting, capture audio, and provide support with set design
- Conduct shoots with models and pets, ensuring safety and animal welfare
- Cover events, launches, and in-store activations as needed
- Edit videos from start to finish, including footage selection, assembly, and finalization
- Perform color correction, audio editing, and audio mixing
- Create and apply graphic elements, captions, and basic motion graphics
- Adapt content for different formats and platforms (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5)
- Ensure the technical quality and delivery standards for each digital channel
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Advanced technical knowledge of photography (lighting, composition, exposure, and lenses) in studio and on location
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for image processing and retouching
- Lighting setup configuration
- File export and optimization
