About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Target healthcare providers across cardiology, nuclear medicine, advanced practice, IDN/health systems, and group practice accounts
  • Execute sales strategy for Vyndamax according to approved indications and ATTR-CM disease awareness
  • Develop territory business objectives and business plans aligned with brand objectives
  • Prioritize customer opportunities, maintain customer profiles, and optimize call planning
  • Use advanced selling approaches and approved brand messaging to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Educate customers about ATTR-CM, diagnostic procedures, and patient identification and treatment
  • Implement approved marketing educational programs and present compliant promotional materials
  • Coordinate with customer-facing teams, subject matter experts, and Rare Disease cross-functional account teams
  • Gather customer and market insights to identify opportunities and threats
  • Provide local and customer-specific insights to Brand Marketing, Planning & Innovation, and Payer and Channel Access teams
  • Pursue professional development, share best practices, and collaborate with local and headquarters colleagues
  • Ensure compliant selling activities and adherence to Pfizer policies and business conduct standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Ability to formulate, develop, write, communicate, and monitor execution of Territory business plans
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration history
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to apply market/customer insights to sales planning and execution
  • Track record of assessing customer needs and providing relevant tools/resources to drive performance
  • Consistently follows and supports company policies
  • Valid US driver's license and driving record compliant with company standards
  • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years disqualifies hiring
  • Rare Disease and/or Specialty Cardiovascular experience and expertise strongly preferred
  • Product launch experience preferred
  • Hospital Sales experience preferred
  • Experience calling on large academic centers and hospital systems
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States required
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
