About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive customer engagement and sales performance through effective in-person interactions across rare cardiac accounts
- Build compliant relationships with cardiology HCPs, multidisciplinary care teams, and office staff across assigned accounts
- Deliver approved promotional and disease-state messaging to support appropriate Rare Cardiac product use
- Identify opportunities, prioritize accounts, and support patient finding and referral pathways
- Support patient access by providing information on prior authorization, reimbursement support, hubs, and co-pay resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs, remove access barriers, and advance business objectives
- Use digital tools and insights to plan, execute, and optimize territory activities
- Partner with Therapeutic Area Specialists and Key Opinion Leaders to execute promotional strategies and support appropriate access
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of work experience
- Minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or aligned therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience
- Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards
- Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired
- Must reside within a workable distance of all points of business within the assigned territory
- Ability to travel to all accounts/office locations within territory
- May be required to stay overnight as necessary
- Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
- Permanent work authorization in the United States required
- U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
