About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead execution and operational governance of the patient services platform for the Specialty Business Unit
- Act as the day-to-day AI, Technology, and Data partner to Specialty BU operational and patient services enablement leadership
- Translate business priorities into deliverable roadmaps, funded initiatives, and reliable operations
- Drive adoption of technology and AI solutions by business users
- Build trusted relationships with senior BU leaders and the PSS Leadership team
- Shape delivery plans, sequencing, and dependency management for technology initiatives
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and remove access barriers
- Own Specialty Patient Services capability roadmaps
- Lead governance for Specialty programs, enhancements, and releases
- Manage intake, prioritization, and backlog execution with Product, Platform, and Data teams
- Own run-state performance, including incident, change, release, and service management
- Implement governance for demand management, release planning, and risk escalation
- Partner with Enterprise data and platform teams to scale approved AI and analytics use cases
- Drive adoption through workflow integration, training, and change management
- Ensure AI solutions follow privacy, security, and promotional compliance guardrails
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of experience; OR master's degree with at least 5 years of experience; OR PhD with 1+ years of experience
- Experience supporting US Commercial and/or Patient Services technology domains
- Proven experience in business engagement, delivery governance, and escalation management
- Experience delivering and operating commercial platforms such as Salesforce CRM, Veeva, digital engagement, and patient services technologies
- Working knowledge of data platforms and AI/analytics enablement, focused on implementation and adoption
- Ability to lead complex delivery portfolios in a matrixed, regulated environment
- Experience managing offshore or managed service delivery models
- Ability to travel based on business needs
- Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
- Permanent work authorization in the United States required
- U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
