  • Drive a culture of change agility across GBM
  • Lead integration of change adoption and strategy for new tools and processes
  • Lead end-to-end change management for GBM transformation initiatives and business processes
  • Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses
  • Develop change strategies, communication plans, capability-building programs, and reinforcement mechanisms
  • Monitor adoption and adjust change management approaches
  • Design and direct systems to capture, organize, and share project knowledge
  • Lead stakeholder engagement strategies and global and site-level communications
  • Coach leaders and teams through change and embed new behaviors
  • Lead or support transformation initiatives aligned with regulatory expectations, data integrity principles, and business value objectives
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to assess readiness, manage impacts, and drive sustainable adoption
  • Benchmark internally and externally to identify best practices
  • Monitor adoption through KPIs, feedback loops, and behavioral insights
  • Define and lead change management strategy for processes, system enhancements, policy updates, organizational changes, AI/digital programs, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with global leaders, sites, and markets to implement changes consistently while allowing local deployment considerations
  • Assess change saturation, risk, and organizational readiness
  • Develop communications for executive leaders, process owners, site teams, manufacturing colleagues, and impacted users
  • Translate changes into clear, practical, globally understandable messaging
  • Establish feedback loops and identify adoption barriers and improvement opportunities
  • Recommend improvements to governance, communication, documentation, and training approaches

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 5 years of experience
  • Experience leading change management for complex transformation initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness assessment, communication strategy, capability development, and sustainment in regulated environments
  • Ability to influence, collaborate, and drive alignment across global, cross-functional, and matrixed organizations, including engagement with senior stakeholders
  • Significant experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
  • Exposure to quality, compliance, inspection readiness, and/or operational excellence within regulated environments
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives with measurable impact in regulated environments
  • Ability to translate strategy into execution and sustainable outcomes
  • Experience developing and utilizing metrics/KPI reporting and governance frameworks
  • Strong program and project management capabilities
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives, prioritizing workload, and driving execution through structured governance routines
  • Innovation, flexibility, open-mindedness, and adaptability
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States
  • Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
  • Preferred: Experience supporting transformations, IMEx, digital, or process standardization
  • Preferred: Experience across global manufacturing sites or matrixed organizations
  • Preferred: Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, IMEx, or OPEX methodologies
  • Preferred: Experience driving business transformation, PMO, or governance models
  • Preferred: Ability to influence senior stakeholders across diverse, global, and matrixed organizations
