About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive commercial strategy for promoted specialty brands within the PAVE portfolio
  • Act as brand steward and connector across functions, aligning teams, clarifying decisions, and removing roadblocks
  • Lead and evolve the first-in-industry partnership approach for specialty brands
  • Establish and strengthen operational partnership efforts for Somavert and Eucrisa
  • Manage day-to-day engagement with the third-party partner supporting Somavert and Eucrisa
  • Guide externalized content development end-to-end, including MLR, for HCP and patient materials and adherence programs
  • Liaise with medical, patient support, market access, digital, and other cross-functional teams
  • Partner with legacy business units to enable seamless customer experiences
  • Identify and quantify commercial opportunities and convert insights into prioritized plans and coordinated execution
  • Partner with supply colleagues to align demand forecasts with product availability
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Solve complex problems and recommend strategies shaping brand decisions
  • Share learnings across the PAVE community and drive simplification and efficiency
  • Provide visible, trusted leadership for the Somavert and Eucrisa business
  • Contribute work and evaluations integral to business success

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A BA/BS with at least 8 years of experience, an MBA/MS with at least 7 years of experience, a PhD/JD with at least 5 years of experience, or an MD/DVM with at least 4 years of experience is required
  • US brand management and marketing experience
  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical commercial strategy development
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent project management capabilities
  • Proficiency in market analysis and forecasting
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement and relationship management
  • Proficiency in using GCMA for review and approval of promotional materials
  • Comfort and openness to using AI tools
  • Prior experience with Somavert, Eucrisa, or other rare disease / specialty care brands
  • Familiarity with specialty pharmacy programs and/or specialty pharmacy retailers
  • Working experience in partnering on patient services, access and affordability platforms
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of patient-centric approaches in healthcare
