About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives within a specialty dermatology market
- Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office stakeholders through in-person and virtual engagements
- Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved promotional materials to influence prescribing behavior
- Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to improve appropriate patient access
- Leverage data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan calls, and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate compliantly with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management partners
- Support product launches and provide field insights to inform brand strategy and execution
- Engage healthcare providers, office staff, and key opinion leaders across assigned accounts
- Travel to accounts and office locations throughout the territory, with overnight stays as necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of work experience
- Minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or aligned therapeutic specific healthcare provider experience
- Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards
- Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired
- Must reside within a workable distance of all points of business within the assigned territory
- Ability to travel to all accounts/office locations within territory
- Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
- Permanent work authorization in the United States required
- U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
- Ability to commit to the mandatory virtual training schedule from November 16 through December 18, 2026
- Preferred: 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, preferably in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation
- Preferred: strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement
- Preferred: experience engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts
- Preferred: demonstrated business acumen, data-driven decision making, and strategic thinking
- Preferred: strong digital engagement capability, including Veeva Engage and Zoom, and comfort in hybrid selling models
