Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete project-based rotational assignments across Pfizer's Digital organization
  • Build broad understanding of Pfizer's Digital ecosystem and deeper capabilities in priority role families
  • Apply artificial intelligence, data, technology, product, or design knowledge to real business, user, or patient needs
  • Develop practical experience using artificial intelligence responsibly, including testing, security, data quality, risk awareness, and human oversight
  • Strengthen problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and professional networking skills
  • Develop, test, and support digital applications, platforms, integrations, and cloud-based solutions
  • Prepare data, develop and evaluate AI-enabled solutions, and apply responsible AI practices
  • Use data, experimentation, and business insights to measure performance and inform digital product decisions
  • Understand user needs, communicate product value, and support awareness, adoption, and engagement of digital capabilities
  • Research user needs and design accessible, intuitive, human-centered digital experiences
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to support innovation, organizational strength, and improved patient health

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must have graduated by Spring 2027 with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0; GPA must be included on the résumé
  • No more than two years of continuous, full-time, post-graduate professional experience
  • Participation in an eligible early-talent pipeline: Pfizer Futures (2025/2026), a qualifying CDI internship, or a qualifying Digital Hackathon
  • Must be available to begin full-time employment in July 2027
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer on a permanent or ongoing basis
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship, including TN, O-1, and H-1B sponsorship, is not available now or in the future
  • Relevant academic backgrounds may include Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning; Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering; Data Science or Data Analytics; Information Systems and/or Information Security; Bioinformatics; User Experience Design, User Interface Design, or Human-Computer Interaction; or related technical, quantitative, digital product, or design disciplines
  • Preferred candidates may have hands-on project-based experience applying technical, analytical, product, design, engineering, data, or digital capabilities to real-world challenges
  • Preferred candidates may demonstrate learning agility, curiosity, collaboration, ability to translate technical concepts or insights into value, problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and responsible AI knowledge
