About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead an enterprise AI platform product across the full lifecycle, from problem discovery through delivery and measurable outcomes
  • Own product strategy, multi-year roadmap, prioritization, product planning, and platform adoption outcomes
  • Serve as the single point of product accountability and primary product voice for the platform
  • Define product boundaries, gating, evidence requirements, and adoption strategy for a greenfield platform with limited precedent
  • Convert evolving AI governance, risk, privacy, and security requirements into product capabilities, user journeys, controls, workflows, and governance evidence
  • Lead customer discovery, experimentation, lightweight validation, and AI-supported learning to identify product opportunities and de-risk decisions
  • Prioritize initiatives based on value, feasibility, customer impact, and organizational objectives
  • Establish performance indicators and use results to measure business, customer, operational, and platform adoption impact
  • Partner with engineering, design, research, data, legal, compliance, risk, security, and agent-building teams through planning, development, release, and post-launch iteration
  • Lead cross-functional working sessions to resolve product questions and establish shared ways of working
  • Communicate product direction, rationale, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders across global enterprise environments
  • Prepare product framing and supporting material for recurring enterprise programme leadership discussions
  • Support delivery involving new or unknown GxP requirements
  • Make investment decisions for a new product or product supported by four or more Agile teams, involving approximately $5M

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of product management or related experience (or 7+ years with an MBA/MS, 5+ years with a PhD/JD, or 4+ years with an MD/DVM)
  • Demonstrated ownership of a product or feature set through multiple stages of delivery
  • Demonstrated end-to-end product accountability covering strategy, roadmap and adoption or usage outcomes rather than delivery alone
  • Experience with AI-enabled or agentic products, including platforms or capabilities used by teams that build and operate AI agents
  • Working fluency in technical foundations of modern AI products, including agent tooling, model and system evaluation, and usage or cost measurement
  • Experience translating governance, risk, privacy or security requirements into product capabilities, workflows and evidence
  • Experience defining a product where precedent is limited, including making and defending scope and boundary decisions
  • Experience partnering across engineering, design, analytics, and business functions
  • Track record of using customer feedback and data to shape product priorities
  • Familiarity with iterative product development (Agile, Lean, or similar models)
  • Experience operating in large, global, enterprise settings with distributed teams
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, and oversee and guide colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and business impact
  • Preferred: MBA or master’s degree
  • Preferred: Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry
  • Preferred: Experience driving adoption of an internal platform or shared capability across independent teams
  • Preferred: Experience establishing AI governance, responsible-AI or model risk practices in a product context
  • Preferred: Exposure to AI-supported product discovery and decision-making practices
  • Preferred: Experience working with teams across regions or time zones
  • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
