About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead an enterprise AI platform through the full product lifecycle from problem discovery through delivery and measurable outcomes
  • Own product strategy, multi-year roadmap, prioritization, adoption outcomes and product accountability
  • Define platform boundaries, gating, evidence requirements and adoption approaches for a greenfield AI platform with limited precedent
  • Convert evolving AI governance, risk, privacy and security requirements into product capabilities, user journeys, controls, workflows and governance evidence
  • Support agent registration, evaluation and cost tracking capabilities
  • Develop customer understanding and translate research, feedback, usage patterns and business context into product opportunities
  • Use experimentation, lightweight validation and AI-supported approaches to accelerate learning and reduce decision risk
  • Prioritize initiatives and make trade-offs across timing, scope, quality and business value
  • Establish performance indicators and use results to demonstrate business, customer, operational and platform-adoption impact
  • Partner with engineering, design, research and data through planning, refinement, development, release and post-launch iteration
  • Align requirements and decisions across legal, compliance, risk and security
  • Lead cross-functional working sessions and establish shared ways of working
  • Communicate product direction, rationale, dependencies and progress to stakeholders at multiple levels in a large global enterprise
  • Prepare product framing and supporting materials for recurring enterprise program leadership discussions
  • Manage a product or product supported by four or more Agile teams and investment decisions of approximately $5M

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of product management or related experience; alternatives include 7+ years with an MBA/MS, 5+ years with a PhD/JD, or 4+ years with an MD/DVM
  • Demonstrated ownership of a product or feature set through multiple stages of delivery
  • Demonstrated end-to-end product accountability covering strategy, roadmap and adoption or usage outcomes
  • Experience with AI-enabled or agentic products, including platforms used by teams that build and operate AI agents
  • Working fluency in technical foundations of modern AI products, including agent tooling, model and system evaluation, and usage or cost measurement
  • Experience translating governance, risk, privacy or security requirements into product capabilities, workflows and evidence
  • Experience defining a product where precedent is limited, including scope and boundary decisions
  • Experience partnering across engineering, design, analytics, and business functions
  • Track record of using customer feedback and data to shape product priorities
  • Familiarity with iterative product development such as Agile or Lean
  • Experience operating in large, global, enterprise settings with distributed teams
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, and oversee and guide colleagues to achieve outcomes and business impact
  • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States is required
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
  • Preferred: MBA or master’s degree
  • Preferred: Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry
  • Preferred: Experience driving adoption of an internal platform or shared capability across independent teams
  • Preferred: Experience establishing AI governance, responsible-AI or model risk practices in a product context
  • Preferred: Exposure to AI-supported product discovery and decision-making practices
  • Preferred: Experience working with teams across regions or time zones
