About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the discovery, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital products and experiences advancing Pfizer's Digital and Technology platform objectives
  • Understand user needs, validate opportunities, shape product requirements, and translate business challenges into scalable digital experiences
  • Lead rapid experimentation, MVP development, journey mapping, Voice of Customer activities, and product adoption efforts
  • Help stakeholders understand opportunities presented by AI-enabled solutions and Pfizer's Digital & Technology platform ecosystem
  • Interact with ELT and ELT-1 leaders and their teams to advance eight platforms and other Digital and Technology services
  • Establish product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
  • Lead development of AI and data-driven digital experiences through rapid prototyping and MVP-first approaches
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to test hypotheses and refine product direction using user feedback and data
  • Manage a lean experience roadmap and pivot based on insights
  • Drive agile ceremonies and sprint planning
  • Champion A/B testing, user research, and analytics to inform product decisions
  • Ensure MVPs are scalable and extensible
  • Oversee user stories, prototypes, and wireframes
  • Communicate MVP trade-offs, timelines, and launch outcomes to stakeholders
  • Foster an environment that embraces ambiguity, adapts quickly, and delivers tangible results in compressed timeframes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 7 years of experience; OR a PhD with 5+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Product management experience, with a strong emphasis on rapid prototyping, MVP development, and agile delivery
  • Proven success in launching MVPs and iterating based on user feedback and performance metrics
  • Deep understanding of lean product development, agile methodologies, and user-centered design
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments where speed and adaptability are critical
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product decisions
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align diverse stakeholders around MVP goals and outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead without authority through ambiguity and deliver high-impact solutions quickly
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, and oversee and guide colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and business impact
  • Must be able to travel to Pfizer offices, vendor offices and other team meeting locations when required
  • Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States required
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
