About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the strategic agenda for TUKYSA, surfacing issues, framing options and implications, and driving recommendations to resolution
- Define the 3-year US commercial strategy across metastatic breast cancer and metastatic colorectal cancer
- Develop competitive strategy and positioning for TUKYSA in the evolving HER2+ metastatic breast cancer treatment landscape
- Build and advocate prioritization cases for TUKYSA within enterprise customer-facing resources
- Lead strategic assessment of metastatic colorectal cancer opportunities and build business cases for resourcing and investment
- Represent US Commercial in commercial development, clinical development and regulatory plans with Global Marketing and Research & Development
- Own the integrated US launch plan for the HER2CLIMB-05 first-line indication
- Lead the extended cross-functional US Commercial launch team and related strategy and priority forums
- Champion AI-enabled ways of working across the TUKYSA business
- Manage OpEx to target and recommend spend reallocations to maximize performance
- Deliver TUKYSA US demand performance against the operating plan, diagnose variance, identify drivers and initiate corrective actions
- Establish and own the brand performance management system, including objectives, KPIs, leading indicators, review cadence and executive reporting
- Define TUKYSA HCP targeting strategy and partner with Data Science and Portfolio Acceleration to implement and refine it
- Drive annual planning across strategy, operating plan and resource allocation with Finance, Sales, Market Access and Medical
- Partner with Account Marketing and US Market Access on objectives with key accounts and payers and mitigate payer- or account-driven demand effects
- Report to the Sr. Director, US TUKYSA Commercial & Marketing Team Lead
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience; MBA/MS with 7+ years of experience; PhD/PharmD with 5+ years of experience in progressive pharmaceutical/biotech commercial roles
- Demonstrated development and leadership of a cross-functional commercial strategy
- Experience partnering with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Analytics to drive strategy development and performance management
- Direct experience leading or co-leading a major product launch, including accountability for launch readiness across multiple functions
- Advanced analytical fluency with the judgment to distinguish meaningful signal from noise and develop evidence-based recommendations
- Executive presence sufficient to present, defend, and adjust a position in front of senior leadership
- Ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, and oversee and guide colleagues' work to achieve meaningful outcomes and business impact
- Oncology experience with at least 3 years supporting a marketed brand or commercial organization (preferred)
- Knowledge or experience in the US breast cancer market (preferred)
- Experience partnering with Finance, Market Access and/or Account Management (preferred)
- Experience leading commercial performance management and business operations across functions (preferred)
- Experience shaping brand strategy and delivering performance in an evolving competitive landscape or shift from an entrenched standard of care (preferred)
- Experience with promotional review process in a regulated US commercial environment (preferred)
- Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
- Must have permanent work authorization in the United States
