About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead product-specific strategy, development, and delivery of Pfizer’s branded and select unbranded digital properties
  • Act as product lead for branded websites
  • Define how brand content connects to search, AI assistants, answer engines, and syndication partners
  • Determine successful branded experiences and how they are measured
  • Prioritize features and capabilities and translate strategy, consumer insight, and performance data into a roadmap
  • Translate ecosystem strategy into product decisions across branded and unbranded properties
  • Own content structures, infrastructure, and integrations that make branded content machine-readable and discoverable
  • Lead and execute the product roadmap in alignment with the business case, DPX strategy, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage planning, definition, design, development, testing, and launch across the product lifecycle
  • Partner with brand teams across therapeutic areas on requirements and content needs
  • Use prototypes to test, learn, and iterate rapidly
  • Define, instrument, and track success metrics for branded surfaces
  • Coordinate delivery with design and development teams, identify risks, and remove roadblocks
  • Work with UX to uphold experience standards and the shared design system
  • Partner with Operations on launch sequencing, MLR coordination, and release management
  • Apply AI-enabled product and design tools such as Adobe Target, Claude Design, and Figma Make
  • Maintain current knowledge of digital product practice, emerging technologies, and AI-mediated content discovery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field required
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in product management
  • Proven record of owning digital product strategy and delivery end to end within a defined business strategy
  • Experience managing digital properties in a regulated environment, with working knowledge of MLR review or equivalent compliance processes
  • Strong analytical approach to decision-making, including root-cause analysis
  • Fluency with AI-enabled product, design, and prototyping tools
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Working knowledge of Lean Startup
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority, identify risks, and remove roadblocks
  • Strong writing, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Discretion and trustworthiness in dealing with confidential information
  • Ability to demonstrate Pfizer Values
  • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States required
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
