Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as GCET's enterprise lead for healthcare ecosystem trends, market and customer insights, external partnerships, and Business of Healthcare learning content
  • Track shifts in care delivery, payment models, technology, policy, and customer dynamics across U.S. and international markets
  • Translate external developments into market content, curricula, insights, recommendations, and enterprise perspectives
  • Identify emerging trends, capability gaps, risks, and opportunities relevant to customer-facing readiness
  • Apply analytics and intelligence tools consistent with enterprise AI governance standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, professional associations, healthcare innovators, and industry experts
  • Curate external research and best practices and connect market dynamics to organizational strategy
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities against business priorities and future capability needs
  • Represent Pfizer at conferences, advisory forums, and industry events
  • Develop and maintain role-based Business of Healthcare curricula and market-focused learning content
  • Build enterprise-level market intelligence frameworks and learning resources across therapeutic areas and business units
  • Translate complex healthcare and customer intelligence into learning content supporting readiness, capability development, and activation planning
  • Develop enterprise perspectives on future trends and support long-range planning
  • Inform launch strategies through market insights and associated training needs
  • Travel regularly domestically and internationally for conferences, academic partnerships, and industry engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, market strategy, healthcare consulting, customer engagement, capability development, commercial learning, or related fields
  • Experience translating market and healthcare intelligence into business, readiness, capability, or learning outcomes
  • Track record of building strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience developing market-focused educational resources, Business of Healthcare content, or learning programs
  • Experience working across global, matrixed organizations
  • Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems, customer engagement, care delivery models, healthcare policy, reimbursement, and industry dynamics
  • Ability to connect market insights to customer-facing readiness and capability needs
  • Experience developing educational content or curricula informed by external market dynamics
  • Experience with AI, analytics, or knowledge-management platforms
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to represent Pfizer credibly with external academic, industry, healthcare, and policy leaders
  • Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into actionable recommendations and content
  • Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States required
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
