About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Digital leaders to deliver practical, business-focused People Experience solutions
- Support cost optimization, digital transformation, and organizational change
- Build leadership and manager effectiveness through coaching and targeted development
- Lead engagement and cultural initiatives for a high-performing, connected workforce
- Drive talent planning, succession management, and career development discussions
- Apply workforce analytics and data insights to inform strategies and decisions
- Use AI and digital tools to simplify processes and enhance employee experience
- Interface with regional and local People Experience teams to deliver business strategy through market-compliant, globally coordinated efforts
- Collaborate with People Experience Centers of Excellence to execute enterprise people programs
- Manage day-to-day organizational matters, employee relations, and workforce planning
- Serve as an employee experience advocate while balancing operational business needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS/BA required; advanced degree a plus
- 15+ years in HR, PX, or talent roles within large, global organizations
- Pharmaceutical or related industry experience preferred
- Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
- Comfort using data, AI, and digital solutions to shape people strategies
- Track record of navigating change and driving organizational transformation
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels
- Talent planning, manager coaching, and employee engagement expertise
- Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset
- Client-facing experience preferred
- Experience leading indirect teams preferred
- Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
- Permanent work authorization in the United States required
- U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
