  • Drive process efficiency, coordinate cross-functional technical work, and lead retrospectives
  • Present complex technical solutions to senior leadership and executive audiences
  • Lead guild events and participate in the mentorship program

  • Identify recurring patterns and lead validated solutions into enterprise capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with at least 8 years of experience; OR master's degree with at least 7 years of experience; OR PhD with 5+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated track record of personally creating applications actively used with senior leadership (ELT / ELT-1)
  • Ability to present complex technical solutions to executive audiences
  • Breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with peers
  • Ability to develop and coach others
  • Ability to oversee and guide colleagues' work to achieve meaningful outcomes and business impact
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States
  • Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
  • Extended laptop and desk time throughout the workday
  • 25% required travel
