About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the solution strategy, technical roadmap and deployment roadmap for the SEO/EHS digital portfolio
Manage all Solution Delivery Lifecycle activities from demand shaping and design through build, configuration, validation, deployment, hypercare and lifecycle management
Establish delivery commitments, value measures and success metrics; report progress, risk and value realization
Partner with the VP, SEO and OneEHS transformation leadership team on digital feasibility, sequencing, cost and risk
Translate future-state EHS processes into harmonized digital capabilities and retire legacy and site-bespoke tools
Lead data migration, integration, site deployment sequencing and cutover
Provide product management leadership across the SEO/EHS solution portfolio
Balance global standardization with site, divisional and country-specific regulatory requirements
Influence vendor product roadmaps and manage supplier quality, commitments and service performance
Define and deliver scaled AI and agentic AI enablement across the EHS portfolio
Ensure responsible and compliant AI deployment with human oversight, model monitoring and appropriate data handling
Manage solution and project deliverables, timelines, budgets, business cases and investment recommendations
Prioritize work and manage capacity and demand across internal and external teams
Lead and develop a global team of Product Managers, Product Owners, delivery leads and EHS domain experts
Promote agile ways of working and a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement
Ensure compliant solutions, strong governance, audit readiness and support for audits, inspections and disclosure requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience; OR master's degree with at least 7 years of experience; OR PhD with 5+ years of experience
Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Environmental or Occupational Health Sciences, Life Sciences or a related discipline
Experience leading, mentoring and coaching product and delivery teams, with matrix leadership of engineering, validation, data and vendor resources
Experience across all stages of the system and application lifecycle, from value analysis and business case development through solution deployment to value realization
Knowledge of financial management and procurement activities, including complex budgets and vendor contracts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Relevant experience in global digital solution delivery, product management or technology transformation, including EHS domains (preferred)
Strong experience with Agile ways of working; SAFe preferred
Hands-on experience with EHS platforms such as Cority, Enablon, WERCS, PHA-Pro or electronic permit-to-work solutions
Working knowledge of SEO/EHS business processes
Experience in pharmaceutical or highly regulated manufacturing environments
Demonstrated success delivering large-scale business transformation and process harmonization
SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager or equivalent product management certification
Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
