About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own Talzenna consumer strategy, including positioning, patient journey, insights, market research, and media
  • Oversee and develop Talzenna’s TP-3 consumer omnichannel plan, creative development, and messaging evolution
  • Own media strategy and planning across all channels
  • Refine targeting based on consumer segmentation and audience profiling
  • Monitor patient activation performance metrics and recommend real-time optimization
  • Lead the Talzenna Ambassador program and recruit patients to develop content
  • Lead multi-channel patient education and CRM efforts across branded and unbranded platforms
  • Partner with Corporate Affairs, Government Relations, and Advocacy on prostate cancer patient programs
  • Coordinate with HCP Marketing to connect HCP and consumer campaigns and customer insights
  • Manage agency partners and vendors within approved budgets and timelines
  • Serve as Breast Cancer indication lead and update HCP and consumer assets
  • Report to the Senior Director, US Talzenna Marketing Team Lead within US Oncology

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, or MBA/Masters with 7+ years’ experience required
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Ability to translate strategy and analysis to a tactical, executable level
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing complex marketing programs
  • Strong executive presence and excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information and distill customer insights
  • Demonstrated AI-forward thinking and emerging competencies applying AI-based tools
  • Solid business acumen and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex, competing projects in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Ability to function autonomously and demonstrate initiative, creativity, and innovation
  • Role model for the Pfizer Values
  • Oncology experience preferred but not required
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States required
