About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead global launch readiness and market integration for fetrastobart vedotin (FV)
  • Partner with US and ICO teams, Global Medical Affairs, Global Access & Value, PGS, Regulatory, and other cross-functional teams
  • Create and evolve the Global Integrated Launch Strategy and integrated cross-functional launch plan
  • Lead global launch sequencing, stage gates, readiness milestones, dependencies, risks, and governance
  • Drive global market engagement and cross-functional readiness through forums and processes
  • Establish and track launch readiness KPIs and leadership dashboards
  • Integrate global commercial workstreams into a cohesive global commercial plan
  • Lead global commercial budget planning and management
  • Own commercial assumptions and strategic inputs for the long-range forecast
  • Make decisions in accordance with Pfizer policies, SOPs, values, and global regulatory guidelines
  • Report to the Commercial Lead for FV

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry required, or 7+ years with a master’s degree
  • Marketing experience required
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with peers
  • Ability to develop and coach others
  • Experience overseeing and guiding colleagues’ work
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Detail- and action-oriented; creative, flexible, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and exercise judgment about escalation
  • Ability to engage experts across a wide range of functional areas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time
  • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States required
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
