About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead translation of business and brand priorities into integrated capability experiences across Pfizer’s portfolio
- Partner with the TRIAD, Business Units, Customer Engagement Training, Launch Excellence, and Brand Delivery to build activation plans, learning journeys, and content strategies
- Own portfolio intake, prioritization, activation planning, content orchestration, and experience design
- Serve as primary activation partner on capability priorities, content investment, and activation sequencing
- Translate business and portfolio priorities into a coordinated capability, content, and activation roadmap
- Identify capability gaps, readiness risks, and activation dependencies and recommend mitigation strategies
- Design connected learning journeys incorporating content, practice, coaching, reinforcement, and performance support
- Integrate product knowledge, disease-state education, competitive intelligence, and market/customer insights into cohesive experiences
- Select appropriate instructor-led, digital, coaching, simulation, and microlearning modalities
- Own portfolio-wide intake, prioritization, and routing of capability and content requests
- Govern content lifecycle from creation through retirement and determine build-vs-reuse-vs-adapt approaches
- Design for enterprise reuse and global scalability with regional and market teams
- Maintain visibility into portfolio status, dependencies, capacity, cost, and risk
- Apply AI-enabled solutions to content development, insight curation, personalization, simulation-based learning, and activation efficiency
- Partner with Digital, Analytics, AI, and GCET stakeholders on AI-enabled activation capabilities
- Ensure AI-supported processes align with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, GCMA, and organizational governance requirements
- Equip CET and Brand Delivery teams with content, coaching resources, simulations, and performance-support tools
- Lead cross-functional alignment across internal teams, vendors, subject matter experts, and governance stakeholders
- Influence decisions and drive outcomes in a highly matrixed environment without direct authority
- Define activation success measures aligned to portfolio priorities and business outcomes
- Use readiness, learner, and performance data to assess effectiveness and identify improvements
- Monitor adoption, content utilization, enterprise reuse, efficiency, and scalability trends
- Optimize content strategies, activation approaches, and portfolio-routing decisions based on data and stakeholder input
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, market strategy, healthcare consulting, customer engagement, or a related field
- Significant experience translating business, brand, or portfolio priorities into capability solutions, learning experiences, or content strategies within a complex global environment
- Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, commercial training, or customer engagement organizations
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across highly matrixed organizations
- Experience working with internal teams, external vendors, and digital platforms
- Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders without direct authority
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to synthesize complex business, market, customer, and content information into clear activation recommendations
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple levels, functions, and geographies
- Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Flexibility to support global stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Occasional domestic and international travel
- Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
- Permanent work authorization in the United States required
- U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
- Advanced degree in a related discipline preferred
- Experience supporting global commercial learning, customer engagement training, or capability development across U.S. and international markets preferred
- Experience supporting launch readiness, field enablement, or capability activation initiatives preferred
- Experience managing external vendors and mixed internal/vendor delivery models preferred
- Knowledge of adult learning, coaching methodologies, human-centered design, and agile delivery approaches preferred
