About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and lead CIBINQO's overall messaging evolution across HCP and patient channels
  • Evolve messaging and positioning in response to clinical data, publications, competitive shifts, and market research
  • Lead pipeline planning for new indications and future dermatology assets
  • Build commercial strategy and positioning frameworks ahead of launch
  • Translate early clinical and competitive signals into long-range brand and portfolio strategy
  • Partner with Global, Medical Affairs, and R&D to ensure commercial readiness
  • Serve as senior strategic partner to the US CIBINQO Lead on messaging decisions, competitive response, and franchise-level messaging architecture
  • Partner with the HCP Lead and HCP Marketing Director to translate messaging strategy into field execution, creative, and core materials
  • Lead US Marketing's voice in pipeline planning and innovation workstreams
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to anticipate shifts and adjust positioning
  • Report to the US CIBINQO Lead and partner with Global Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Dermatology franchise leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of marketing and/or consulting experience, including significant US pharmaceutical marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required
  • MBA preferred
  • Demonstrated experience developing and evolving brand messaging and positioning strategy
  • Experience with pipeline planning, indication expansion, or new product launch strategy
  • Experience influencing and coordinating cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to translate complex clinical and competitive data into clear, compelling commercial strategy
  • Strong business acumen and comfort operating in ambiguity, complexity, and a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dermatology, Immunology & Inflammation (I&I), or Specialty care experience preferred
  • Prior launch or pipeline planning experience for an indication expansion or new product preferred
  • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available for this role now or in the future
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States is required
