About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Promote and create demand among identified specialists for ethical products in assigned territories
- Formulate strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives
- Plan and implement CME activities such as RTDs, webinars, symposia, and product presentations within assigned territories
- Develop and maintain target specialists, speakers, and key/emerging opinion leaders (KOLs/EOLs)
- Develop and update Territory Master Work Plan (TMWP) for planning MD calls and program implementation
- Develop territory-based programs to improve understanding of assigned products
- Monitor sales, product movements, and competitor activities
- Prepare and submit operational/admin reports
- Perform other official duties assigned by the immediate superior
- Adhere to company values and policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- College graduate of a 4 or 5 year course
- At least 2 years experience as PHR
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Valid Med Rep PRC
- Valid driver's license
