About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical direction and coordination for the Greece AI Ops pod
- Act as senior technical decision-maker and escalation point for incidents and design choices
- Design and deliver the Agentic Ticket pipeline from intake classification and enrichment through investigation and root-cause drafting
- Own pipeline reliability, safety and production readiness
- Govern agent runbooks, integration allow-lists and read-versus-change permissions using a default-deny approach
- Set standards for connectors and remediation playbooks across ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Aria, AIQUM and Rubrik
- Execute automation through SSM and Ansible with rollback and audit controls
- Define and validate accuracy and reliability targets for AI operations
- Determine when actions can move from human-approved to automatic
- Embed SRE and automation-first practices across the pod
- Drive continuous improvement and measurable toil reduction across Hosting domains
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, SRE or platform engineering
- Experience in a technical leadership or lead-engineer role
- Production AI-agent or automation systems experience, including Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, LangGraph or equivalent
- Tool and connector integration via MCP or similar
- Strong Python programming and automation skills plus Bash or PowerShell
- CI/CD and coding best practices
- Infrastructure as code and configuration management using Ansible and Terraform
- Working knowledge of at least two Hosting domains: Server/OS, Storage, Data Protection, Database, Middleware or HCI
- Strong data literacy and structured evaluation skills
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM / Now Assist, Dynatrace and observability tooling is a plus
- Experience in an agile work environment
- Hands-on experience across infrastructure engineering, automation, and AI/AIOps platforms
- Ability to design and integrate monitoring, incident management, automated remediation, configuration management and service reliability solutions
