About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the Oncology Business Operations Lead to support organizational priorities, annual planning, portfolio reviews, business reviews, and leadership team objectives
  • Oversee budget planning, purchase orders, resource tracking, compliance activities, and organizational management systems
  • Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, repositories, templates, and knowledge management processes
  • Identify and implement process improvements, digital solutions, and AI-enabled automation opportunities
  • Drive culture, engagement, onboarding, leadership visibility, colleague experience, town halls, all-hands meetings, offsites, and organizational events
  • Design and execute communication strategies and leadership messaging across the Oncology organization
  • Develop executive agendas, briefing materials, presentations, communications, and action-tracking processes
  • Partner with site leaders, administrative professionals, and cross-functional teams on strategic priorities and high-impact operational initiatives
  • Drive collaboration, communication, and effectiveness across leadership teams and stakeholder groups

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 6+ years of experience in lieu of degree required
  • 4+ years of experience in the Biopharmaceutical industry; familiarity with R&D preferred
  • Experience managing day-to-day planning, project management and operational activities
  • Experience creating communications and interacting with senior executive stakeholders
  • Experience managing multiple, competing tasks simultaneously and executing complex strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across multiple lines
  • Ability to manage a cross-functional team of colleagues
  • Understanding of systems, structures, and implementing efficient processes
  • Expert collaboration and communication skills
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to anticipate needs and prioritize responsibilities
  • Strong project and event management skills with attention to detail
  • High energy, sense of urgency, creativity, and decisiveness
  • Sound judgment in handling confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Copilot, and Viva Engage
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
  • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States required
