About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own change, adoption, and training for AI-led initiatives impacting Marketing colleagues
  • Define and execute change management and adoption strategies aligned with Pfizer's enterprise AI Adoption framework
  • Develop change management and communication plans for Marketing stakeholders
  • Tailor AI adoption approaches to Marketing workflows, brand structures, therapeutic areas, and priorities
  • Engage Marketing leadership, brand teams, BU TA Leads, and AI product owners
  • Identify and develop Marketing change champions
  • Represent Marketing needs in cross-functional AI product design and rollout forums
  • Create and maintain end-to-end project plans covering scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, and success criteria
  • Track deliverables, escalate risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage program interdependencies
  • Manage multiple concurrent programs and product launches
  • Design and deploy training programs, including e-learning, live sessions, job aids, quick reference guides, videos, FAQs, and workflow tools
  • Establish training content lifecycle processes, coordinate delivery, and manage external vendors or staff augmentation resources
  • Define and track adoption and training effectiveness metrics
  • Monitor feedback and adoption data to improve content, deployment approaches, and user experience
  • Report adoption progress, risks, and insights to the Change Deployment & Adoption Lead
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to enterprise adoption framework improvements
  • Serve as the Marketing audience subject matter expert within the AIA Change & Adoption team
  • Collaborate with peer Adoption & Experience Leads and support enterprise stakeholder reporting, strategy planning, and Rhythm of Business activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 8+ years of experience in commercial industry, change management, adoption, training, or organizational transformation roles
  • Demonstrated use of AI as first approach
  • Experience developing change management and communication plans for commercial audiences in a large matrixed organization
  • Strong understanding of commercial operations
  • Experience designing and deploying training programs for commercial audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs to schedule in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to engage and influence without direct authority
  • Experience working cross-functionally across Commercial, Digital, and Operations teams
  • Master's degree with at least 7+ years of experience, PhD with 5+ years of experience, or MD with 4+ years of experience are nice-to-have alternatives
  • Experience within or alongside Marketing or Commercial functions in a biopharma context is nice to have
  • Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent change management certification is nice to have
  • Experience with AI or digital tool adoption programs at commercial scale is nice to have
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Workday Learning and e-learning development tools is nice to have
  • Operations certificate in Lean Management, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management is a plus
  • Track record of project management and stakeholder networking across organizational verticals
  • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States is required
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
