About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive brand marketing and omnichannel strategy for brands within the PAVE Oncology portfolio
- Develop overall portfolio strategy grounded in customer insight, competitive dynamics, and performance data
- Translate business performance, market trends, and customer insights into content strategies, promotional plans, and channel investment decisions
- Guide externalized content development end-to-end, including MLR, ensuring HCP and patient materials are on strategy, compliant, and compelling
- Lead day-to-day engagement with third-party partner Indegene for assigned workstreams and initiatives
- Contribute to PAVE’s innovative, AI-enabled go-to-market model, including content generation, targeting, and promotion
- Design and lead initiatives exploring new commercial approaches, tactics, customer groups, and promotional approaches
- Build and maintain stakeholder networks across Medical, Market Access, Legal, Regulatory, Finance, Compliance, CMO, and other functions
- Champion best practices and share learnings across the PAVE Oncology team and broader PAVE community
- Model Pfizer Values and Actionable Attitudes as a visible, trusted leader in a highly matrixed commercial model
- Influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, and oversee colleagues’ work to achieve meaningful outcomes and business impact
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS with at least 8 years of experience, MBA/MS with at least 7 years, PhD/JD with at least 5 years, or MD/DVM with at least 4 years required
- Successful US brand marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience developing compelling, compliant promotional content and guiding it through MLR review and GCMA approval
- Strong analytical and strategic skills
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams, ideally in a matrixed environment
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and building new processes within an evolving commercial model
- Curiosity and openness to AI-enabled marketing tools, analytics, and data-driven approaches
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to Pfizer Values, Actionable Attitudes, integrity, and compliance
- Oncology therapeutic area experience strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of US and Pfizer promotional standards
- Expertise with specialty pharmacies, patient services, and/or promotion of buy and bill products
- Experience leading innovative commercial efforts to drive a brand or portfolio forward
- Experience managing mature, established, limited-promotion, or non-promoted pharmaceutical brands
- Travel as required, up to 15% of time
- Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
- Permanent work authorization in the United States required
- U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available
