About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the strategic technology partner and product owner for assigned Finance and Global Business Services domains
Build understanding of domain strategy, processes, colleague and customer needs, pain points, risks, and value opportunities
Define and maintain domain product vision, portfolio, and roadmap aligned with functional and F&GBS priorities
Identify, assess, and prioritize technology, data, automation, and AI opportunities
Translate approved opportunities into business outcomes, requirements, acceptance criteria, and a prioritized backlog
Act as business product owner through discovery, design, build, test, deployment, adoption, and lifecycle management
Partner with Engineering, Digital, architecture, data, security, risk, and control teams
Monitor adoption, product health, cost, risk, colleague experience, and value realization
Communicate roadmap choices, progress, dependencies, risks, and business impact to leaders and stakeholders
Identify reuse and integration opportunities across domains and contribute use cases to the F&GBS AI and innovation agenda

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, engineering, or a related discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience; or Master's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent relevant experience
Experience in product ownership, product management, business technology partnership, business analysis, digital transformation, or a comparable business-facing technology role
Ability to develop product roadmaps, translate business needs into requirements, prioritize backlogs, and make value-based tradeoffs
Business acumen in Finance, Tax, Treasury, Corporate Audit, Controllership, Global Business Services, or a comparable enterprise function
Strong stakeholder management, influencing, facilitation, communication, and decision-making capabilities
Experience partnering with engineering or technical delivery teams without direct ownership of those resources
Understanding of agile product practices, solution lifecycle management, adoption, and value realization
Breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities, including influencing and collaborating with peers, developing and coaching others, and overseeing and guiding colleagues
Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
Permanent work authorization in the United States is required
U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
Advanced degree or relevant product, agile, process improvement, technology, data, or AI certification (nice to have)
Experience with AI, automation, analytics, workflow, or data products in Finance or GBS (nice to have)
Experience in a regulated, life sciences, healthcare, or similarly complex global organization (nice to have)
Experience supporting change management and adoption for new technology-enabled ways of working (nice to have)
