About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive customer engagement and sales performance through effective in-person interactions across Hemophilia Treatment Centers, healthcare providers, multidisciplinary HTC care teams, and community hospitals
  • Build compliant relationships with hematologists, HTCs, and multidisciplinary care teams across assigned accounts
  • Deliver approved promotional and disease-state messaging to support appropriate Hemophilia product use
  • Leverage product, disease, and market knowledge to identify opportunities, prioritize accounts, and support appropriate treatment options
  • Support patient access by providing information on prior authorization requirements, reimbursement support, hubs, and co-pay resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs, remove access barriers, and advance Hemophilia business objectives
  • Use digital tools and insights to plan, execute, and optimize Hemophilia territory activities
  • Drive growth of Pfizer’s Hemophilia portfolio through compliant, strategic relationships within assigned accounts
  • Partner with Hemophilia Treatment Centers, Key Opinion Leaders, and hematologists to execute promotional strategies and support access
  • Travel throughout Missouri and Northern Arkansas territory, including possible overnight stays

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or aligned therapeutic specific healthcare provider experience
  • Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards
  • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired
  • Must reside within a workable distance of all points of business within the assigned territory
  • Ability to travel to all accounts/office locations within territory
  • Candidates may be required to stay overnight as necessary
  • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
  • Preferred: 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, preferably in Hemophilia
  • Preferred: Strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement
  • Preferred: Experience engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts
  • Preferred: Demonstrated business acumen, data-driven decision making, and strategic thinking
  • Preferred: Strong digital engagement capability (e.g., Veeva Engage, Zoom) and comfort in hybrid selling models
