About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive customer engagement and sales performance through effective in-person interactions across Hemophilia Treatment Centers, healthcare providers, multidisciplinary HTC care teams, and community hospitals
- Build compliant relationships with hematologists, HTCs, and multidisciplinary care teams across assigned accounts
- Deliver approved promotional and disease-state messaging to support appropriate Hemophilia product use
- Leverage product, disease, and market knowledge to identify opportunities, prioritize accounts, and support appropriate treatment options
- Support patient access by providing information on prior authorization requirements, reimbursement support, hubs, and co-pay resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs, remove access barriers, and advance Hemophilia business objectives
- Use digital tools and insights to plan, execute, and optimize Hemophilia territory activities
- Reside within a workable distance of all points of business within the assigned territory
- Travel to accounts and office locations within the territory, including overnight stays as necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of work experience
- Minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or aligned therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience
- Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards
- Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired
- Ability to travel to all accounts/office locations within territory
- Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
- Permanent work authorization in the United States required
- U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
- Preferred: 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, preferably in Hemophilia
- Preferred: Strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement
- Preferred: Experience engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts
- Preferred: Demonstrated business acumen, data-driven decision making, and strategic thinking
- Preferred: Strong digital engagement capability (e.g., Veeva Engage, Zoom) and comfort in hybrid selling models
