About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the administration and ongoing maintenance of GH&B US Commercial agreements
  • Enter and validate membership and contract pricing entries in Pfizer’s contracting system of record
  • Ensure contracts and Sarbanes-Oxley documentation comply with Pfizer policies, contracting guidelines, and SOX requirements
  • Maintain records in an organized, audit-ready format
  • Build relationships with Global Business Services to keep contract membership accurate and current
  • Help resolve wholesaler chargeback discrepancies
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers through clear, direct communication
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and prepare reports to inform decisions, track inquiries, and evaluate contract performance
  • Assist team members in research and respond to inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries submitted through the Contract Questions Mailbox
  • Support development of innovative contracting tools that improve operational efficiency
  • Complete other assignments as directed by GH&B US Commercial Contract Management leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least two (2) years of experience; master’s degree with relevant experience; associate degree with at least six (6) years of experience; or high school diploma or equivalent with at least eight (8) years of relevant experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to organize and manage tasks, workflows, and information for efficient, accurate, and timely execution
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with or ability to learn Pfizer contracting-related systems such as Flex, Prime Contracts, and Business Objects (BO)
  • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • This position requires permanent work authorization in the United States
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available for this role now or in the future
  • Three (3) or more years of pharmaceutical industry experience preferred; experience with contracting in the U.S. Commercial markets desirable
