About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the integrated strategy for measuring and marketing eight interconnected AI platforms
  • Design, build, and own a shared measurement contract with KPI definitions, scorecard standards, event taxonomy, reporting requirements, and value-realization language
  • Establish instrumentation guidance, telemetry patterns, data contracts, and refresh cadences with Enterprise Architecture and Data & Analytics
  • Reconcile differing definitions of adoption, satisfaction, reuse, and value into a trusted measurement layer
  • Translate platform signals into insights, trends, dashboards, scorecards, executive readouts, and narrative reporting
  • Use evidence to inform portfolio decisions on investment, improvement, scaling, pausing, or retirement
  • Convert measured wins into internal case studies, campaigns, and executive narratives
  • Lead product marketing and go-to-market strategy, including positioning, messaging, leadership presentations, demos, event content, and collateral
  • Plan and execute internal launches of platforms and features, including campaigns, communications, and rollout plans
  • Oversee internal marketing content such as newsletters, intranet pages, and evidence-based case studies
  • Drive awareness, adoption, and effective use of AI platforms across the organization
  • Build onboarding materials, training, documentation, and self-service resources
  • Tailor messaging and metrics to power users, casual users, skeptics, and leadership
  • Establish governance, data-quality standards, validation processes, controls, ownership, and issue-resolution processes
  • Partner with product, engineering, data, business, digital, and platform teams and secure executive sponsorship
  • Build, lead, and develop teams spanning product marketing and communications, and measurement and analytics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, product analytics, or a related product discipline, including measurement-focused or value-focused roles (or 10+ years with an MBA/MS, or 7+ years with a PhD/JD)
  • Experience building and operating a measurement, analytics, or value-realization framework spanning multiple products, platforms, or teams
  • Experience defining KPIs, taxonomy, success criteria, data contracts, and sources, and reconciling differing metric definitions
  • Experience translating usage and outcome data into insights, dashboards, and narrative reporting for senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading product marketing or go-to-market work for technical products or platforms
  • Experience driving adoption and enablement, including onboarding, training, and self-service resources
  • Experience building, leading, and developing teams
  • Ability to partner across teams and coordinate shared definitions, data, and ways of working across a distributed environment
  • Working fluency in product and analytics concepts, including adoption and utilization metrics, value-realization methods, dashboards, business intelligence, and experimentation
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills
  • Experience in large, global, enterprise-scale settings with cross-functional stakeholders spanning technology, commercial, medical, legal, and compliance
  • Breadth of diverse leadership experiences, including influencing and collaborating with peers, developing and coaching others, and guiding colleagues' work
  • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
