About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop strategy and support execution of a comprehensive audience approach across Consumer and HCP brands
- Provide strategic recommendations, partnership, and education to internal stakeholders on audience functions and tactics
- Establish, develop, and promote best practices for audience strategy, planning, and execution
- Drive consistency in standards and processes across creation, execution, measurement, and optimization
- Develop and maintain audience segmentation methodology, profiling, and activation standards
- Translate brand learnings into playbooks, case studies, and governance practices across the multi-brand portfolio
- Drive expansion of digital audience usage across assigned brands and demonstrate ROI improvements
- Manage strategic relationships with third-party audience data partners such as Swoop, Crossix, and IQVIA
- Evaluate new audience partners as part of the CoE test-and-learn roadmap
- Collaborate with Media Measurement and Audience Analytics teams on performance reporting and optimization recommendations
- Translate results and cross-brand patterns into monthly and quarterly leadership updates
- Serve as the primary analytics partner to brand and leadership teams for audience-related matters
- Translate ambiguous business questions into audience solutions and direct ad hoc analysis
- Advise senior leadership on audience strategy and measurement
- Monitor state and federal health-data privacy regulations and maintain exclusion lists with Legal/Privacy
- Evaluate emerging audience, media, and AI-enabled tools and vendors and recommend test-and-learn investments
- Support cross-functional team members through knowledge sharing and CoE problem-solving
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required with 6+ years of experience in digital media, audience strategy, advanced analytics, marketing technology, or digital strategy/buying; Master's degree with 5+ years of experience
- Demonstrated experience working with audience strategy for a brand, category, or client, including presenting recommendations directly to key stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of the audience data ecosystem: DSPs, DMPs, third-party audience data, and data analytics platforms
- Experience negotiating or managing data-partner relationships
- Experience translating brand or campaign learnings into repeatable standards, playbooks, or processes used by a broader team
- Strong analytical abilities and data-driven optimization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including developing senior leadership updates and explaining performance results and audience recommendations
- Experience managing cross-functional and external partners, including agencies, clients, in-house teams, and brand teams
- Experience working with data and audience partners
- Strong analytical mindset for strategic decision-making and campaign optimization
- Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills; ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
- Permanent work authorization in the United States required
- U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
- Preferred: 5+ years of agency or client-side experience
- Preferred: Pharmaceutical experience and understanding of pharma marketing guidelines and restrictions
- Preferred: Understanding of media measurement norms, evolving landscape, and industry standards
- Preferred: Experience with DSP-level audience targeting and 1:1 activation approaches
- Preferred: Proficiency in top LLM platforms or exposure to AI-enabled tools for marketing or audience analytics
