About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and oversee the end-to-end application onboarding lifecycle for identity and access management platforms
- Conduct application discovery, requirements gathering, integration planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and transition to operational support
- Serve as primary relationship owner between the ISAM Engineering team and application owners across Digital organizations
- Partner with application teams to understand architectures, identity data requirements, and business processes
- Define appropriate IAM integration approaches and enable secure access management solutions
- Drive adoption of identity lifecycle management, access governance, privileged access management, authentication, and directory services
- Manage application onboarding roadmaps, priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones across concurrent initiatives
- Establish standardized onboarding processes, documentation, governance practices, and communication models
- Support audit, compliance, and risk management activities
- Partner with communication teams to drive awareness, adoption, and utilization of ISAM capabilities
- Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and platform enhancements
- Define and track KPIs related to onboarding, adoption, delivery timelines, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement
- Report to the Director, Identity Governance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related discipline
- 6+ years of experience in IT, identity and access management, cybersecurity, or related enterprise technology roles
- Proven experience leading complex technology implementations, application integrations, or enterprise-scale onboarding programs
- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), CyberArk, or similar enterprise IAM technologies
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance and certification, RBAC, authentication and authorization, PAM, and application integration patterns
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architectures, including databases, APIs, directories, authentication protocols, and integration methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, and deliver outcomes in a complex enterprise environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior management
- Ability to collaborate across application owners, engineering teams, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
- Experience developing and improving operational processes, governance frameworks, and technology adoption strategies
- Experience driving automation and process improvements within IAM operations
- Demonstrated experience in an agile work environment
- Periodic international and domestic travel required (less than 10%)
- Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
- Permanent work authorization in the United States is required
- Preferred: 4+ years focused on IAM application onboarding initiatives
- Preferred: Experience in a large global enterprise cybersecurity or CISO organization
- Preferred: Enterprise-scale SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, CyberArk, or comparable IAM platform experience
- Preferred: Familiarity with security frameworks, audit requirements, and identity-related regulatory controls
- Preferred: CISSP, CISM, CIAM, SailPoint, or CyberArk certifications
